Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items damaged through normal wear
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to your Orders
- Select the order and click "Start Return"
- Choose items to return and select reason
- Print your prepaid shipping label
- Pack items securely and drop off at any carrier location
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
